We started The Lettings Collection because we kept seeing the same two things: beautiful homes represented badly, and guests who wanted more than a holiday let but less than a year-long tenancy.
So we built the thing we wanted to exist — a collection of homes with soul, each one visited, vetted and photographed by us, matched with guests who will love them the way their owners do.
We're based in Burford, and we know every lane, pub and view within twenty miles of it.
Every home is visited in person and accepted only when it has the setting, character and comfort our guests expect. We say no far more often than yes.
A real person — usually the same one — looks after your stay from first enquiry to key return. Recommendations come from us, not a leaflet.

Ed, Tom and Eddie met at school in the Cotswolds and grew up among the villages, houses and landscapes that inspired the collection. Years later, they came home with different skills and the same conviction: beautiful homes deserve to be looked after — and shared — beautifully.
With an architect's eye and a habit of noticing the things other people miss, Ed leads how homes are selected and presented. He cares about old stone, intelligent alterations and the exact moment a room begins to feel effortless.
Tom turns a beautiful promise into a stay that runs beautifully. He looks after the practical detail, owner relationships and local partnerships — usually with a calm answer before anyone else has finished asking the question.
Eddie shapes the voice of the collection and the way every guest experiences it, from first impression to final key return. He believes good hospitality should feel generous, intuitive and completely unforced.
